using a wii remote to simulate a smartboard

I'm going to learn how to simulate a Smartboard using a Wii remote, a projector and a special infrared pen. Brook's husband Dean is going to help me build it tonight! Anyone interested can join us. Maybe we can video or screencast it for everyone! Brooks thought there should already be some videos on the web. I'll see what I can find and let you know.

apparently infrared lights are hard to finb, even in Missoula! The web-site above is an inexpensive place to find the pens, free downloads, etc.

  7. Our school is currently installing Promethean Boards instead of SmartBoards. Will the application work the same? I could see the benefits for so many, including our handicapped children for therapy. Thinking of inside days due to cold weather, the students would love this to increase physical activity. I am very curious to see about your successes.
